1. Returns & Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
You can request for replacement and exchange within 2 days of delivery. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products cannot be returned/exchanged for reasons such as size issues, color differences due to screen resolution, or change of mind.
Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if a replacement is not available for damaged/incorrect items.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the error was on our side.
In case of wrong/defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
