Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at nehhdc (“we”, “us”, “our”). We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. This Return & Exchange Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are handled for orders placed at nehhdc.com.

1. Returns — General

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days from the date you received your order, provided the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. To start a return, contact our Customer Support (details below) with your order number and reason for return.

2. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact Customer Support. If the replacement item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items (if hygiene seal is broken)
• Digital products, downloads, and gift cards
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage along with your order number. We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns; nehhdc is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping unless we issued a prepaid return label.

7. How to Return

1. Contact Customer Support at support@nehhdc.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team (including address and packaging guidelines).
3. Ship the item using a trackable method and keep the tracking number until your return is complete.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact Customer Support with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return procedure after delivery.

9. Partial Returns & Bundles

If you purchased a bundled set and return only part of it, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the discounted bundle pricing.

10. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes when returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless otherwise required by law.
