Overview
We process orders of travel gear, accessories, and curated travel kits with care. This page explains how we calculate delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, international delivery, customs, and what to expect if something goes wrong.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sale periods or product launches processing may take up to 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as national postal services and private couriers. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include:
- Standard Shipping — economical option, door-to-door delivery.
- Expedited Shipping — faster delivery for urgent orders.
- Courier / Express — fastest option for metropolitan areas.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates start from the moment your order leaves our warehouse (i.e., after processing). Typical estimates:

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on the shipping method, order weight, and destination. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — eligible orders will be marked at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also check order status anytime by visiting your account or contacting our support team.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. Delivery may be delayed while packages clear customs.
Address, Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, carriers may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. If the parcel is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, contact us at https://travelnestor.com/contact within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you in filing a claim. Please keep photos of damaged items and packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
For information about returns and exchanges, please see our Returns & Refunds page. Note that return shipping costs for non-defective items may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Special Shipping Situations
- Pre-orders: Pre-order items will ship on the date specified on the product page or when inventory becomes available. Separate items may ship separately.
- Oversized / Heavy Items: Some items may require special handling or shipping fees. These will be shown at checkout.
- PO Boxes / APO/FPO: We ship to PO Boxes in select countries; certain carriers may not support some addresses.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You will get an email once it ships.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact support immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change the address with most carriers.
What if I miss a delivery?
Carriers usually leave a delivery attempt notice with options for redelivery, pickup, or rescheduling. Follow the carrier’s notice or contact our support team for help.
